- Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer at the Council Offices, Main
Reception, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley DE5 3BT on any working day from the date of
publication of this notice but no later than 4pm on Thursday 13 August 2026. Office opening hours
are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am to 4.30pm and Wednesday 10am to 4.30pm.
